Our team provides close oversight on renovations large and small such as a kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, structural work, etc. We will also assist in obtaining permission and necessary documents for constructions or renovations from the condo administration
We can check your mails regularly per your persmission and keep you posted with the ones needing attention. We will inform you of any relevant information from the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) like updates on property rules and regulation
Our team will assist in the payment processing of all your bills received. I.e. Electric, Water, HOA Fees, etc. We will also coordinate the errand of paying your Real Estate Property Tax and other government duties.
We generate statements or reports for you quarterly, annually, and as needed. We will provide details of any work orders, receipts, and others.
We can assist in the rental or sale of your property if you do so decide. We will connect you with our network of preferred and reliable real estate professionals.
We conduct formal property inspections biannually with monthly spot checks. We seriously take our obligation to be your eyes and ears. If any issues come up, we catch them and inform you before they become problems
